A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This must be paid at the time of booking. Unpaid appointments will remain available for other clients.
Booking fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. However, refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost or lose your booking fee.
If you fail to attend your appointment, you will need to pay the full treatment cost before rebooking.
Please do not arrive earlier than your appointment time unless arranged with me in advance.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
No-shows will be required to pay the full treatment cost before booking another appointment.
Children are not permitted at appointments.
Clients must attend alone, unless under 16 years old and accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please attend alone, wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared for a relaxing, quiet session. You’re welcome to bring headphones for music or audiobooks.
Please arrive with clean lashes for your lash appointment.
Avoid using face masks or creams for 48 hours before your appointment.
If you arrive with less than 50% of your lash extensions remaining, you will be charged for a full set.
